Pricing: Adult age: 17 years+; Child age: 4 – 16 yrs; Infants up to 3 yrs. Children up to 15 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers under 18 yrs. will require parental guardian signature.
Safety: Divers 65 yrs. + must provide a current ‘AS4005.1’ dive medical prior to travel. Please consider weather and wind strength before booking. Semi-Submarine tours and Helicopter scenic flights are weather permitting.
Cancellations/Alterations/Refunds: No refunds for cancellations within 18 hours of departure time; 24 hours for dive courses and packaged products. Rebooking fees apply for alterations made within in these times. The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour, change vessel type or arrange an alternative carrier in the event of bad weather or mechanical problems. No refunds for voluntary uncompleted dives.
Cruise & Cape Tribulation: Child Rate (4 -16 years Reef / 4-12 years Rainforest), Must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian.
Introductory Diver: Minimum age 12
Certified Diver: Minimum age 12 Must Dive with Parent, Guardian or private guide.
PADI Dive Course: Minimum age 14
Down Under Cruise & Dive/The Adventure Company reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vessel/vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in the group is not sufficient. Be aware snorkelling & diving may be a strenuous activity - All snorkelling & diving are subject to completion of onboard medical questionnaire /declaration - Some existing medical conditions may exclude an individual from Dive in-water activities – Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel – Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel - Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card – In the interests of safety we recommend no flying within 24hours of last dive – All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains/drivers discretion- No refund for incomplete dives. Should a trip be cancelled passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip or alternatively a full or partial refund.
Passengers are required to check in at Dive Under Cruise and Dive reception desk inside the Reef Fleet Terminal at 7.30am for the 8.15am departure. Special passenger requirements should be requested at the time of reservation.
